Silo Point Penthouse Achieves a Highly Acclained Americas' Award for Interior Design

The results of the Americas’ stage of the International Property Awards 2015-2016 have just been announced and Silo Point is justifiably proud to be among the winners.

The penthouse at Silo Point competed against a number of the region’s most accomplished interior designs to receive this recognition.

In its quest to discover the best interior designers in the world, the International Property Awards in London invited companies to present their finest work. The judging committee chaired by two members of the House of Lords scrutinised hundreds of entries Silo Point was a top scoring entrant for Show Home of the Year.

The company may even go on to represent their region in the final stage of the competition later this year. If it has attained the highest score in the interior design category, Silo Point will compete against other winning companies from Asia Pacific, Africa, Arabia, the UK and Europe for the coveted crown of World’s Best Interior Design.

The award is a major achievement for Silo Point as entrants are judged against a strict set of criteria. Judging was undertaken by a panel of over 70 experts from all over the world and chaired by two active members of the House of Lords: Lord Caithness and Lord Best.
